This October 22-24, discover how your student has made Cal Poly their home! Experience fun-filled days that celebrate the campus community.

At Mustang Family Weekend, you and your family will:

  • Engage in Learn by Doing lectures and labs led by esteemed faculty.

$80 registration fee is for the ENTIRE FAMILY and includes:

  • One Mustang Family swag bag.

Travel through time with a guided historical walking tour of campus. Led by Laura Sorvetti (University Archives, Kennedy Library), this tour will explore campus landmarks and points of interest that reveal the ways Cal Poly has evolved through the decades. Please note that this tour features uneven terrain and is not wheelchair accessible.

8 p.m. Lula Washington Dance Theatre* Bldg. 6 (Performing Arts Center, Harold Miossi Hall)

This world-class Los Angeles-based ensemble is filled with youthful, athletic dancers who perform the innovative, provocative choreography of founder Lula Washington, who has steadfastly focused on using contemporary modern dance to explore social and humanitarian issues while highlighting aspects of African American history and culture. Throughout her expansive repertoire, each piece unveils honesty, integrity, and creativity of unparalleled power. (Ages 13+)
